EVP of Programming and Development at NBCUniversal's Wilshire Studios, where he sold more than 35 shows in twelve months, most of them to networks outside NBCU.

Created Singled Out and Big Deal, the first prime-time game show for the modern Fox network. Hired a little-known Jon Stewart to host You Wrote It, You Watch It, which became The Jon Stewart Show.

A Peabody Award for the MTV documentary Decade, and a Cannes Lions for Hampton High Revealed.

Wrote and directed Just Your Luck, starring Vince Vaughn, Jon Favreau and Virginia Madsen, and directed Hunting Ava Bravo with Kate del Castillo.
