A little more on me….

When I first became a boss, at 26, I began to realize that the most important skill I needed was to be great at hiring people. 

I learned as much from them as they learned from me. 
My second teacher? Revenue. 

Many business leaders  gas on about how great it is to fail, but, they’re wrong. 

No money? No team. No product. And NO fun. 

Once I had that lesson under my belt, I never took my people, or my EBITDA for granted.
