If you are talented, working, and still unsure why things feel heavier or slower than they should, you are not alone. Most people never get a clear map. I am Gilde Flores. I am a composer and founder who has worked across film, television, games, sports, and brand work. I have collaborated with HBO, Naughty Dog, Ubisoft, Disney, Marvel, Lionsgate, DreamWorks, the NFL, and others. Before building my company, I placed over 3,000 pieces of music independently. No team. No shortcuts. Just learning the system from the inside out. Today, I run a music production company partnered with a global, Emmy Award winning TV studio. My focus is not chasing placements. It is building careers and systems that actually hold up. I do these calls because I know how confusing this space can feel when you are living inside it, not looking at it from the outside. Most of our experts offer 1:1 video consultations ranging between 15 - 60 minutes. During the booking the process, you will be able to select the duration that makes sense for you.

Our most popular sessions are 30 minutes long, but you can still get a lot done during a 15 minute session.

Yes! People from all over the world will have access to the most in-demand experts. We currently accept all major credit cards in USD.
Many of our experts sell out quickly. You can wait until they unlock more sessions or if they've enabled our Request a Booking feature, you can request a booking by sending them times that work for you at least seven days out. This feature is free to use and you'll only get charged when they confirm the booking (a credit card pre-auth is required).
It depends on the specific expert. Some experts add sessions weekly and others add sessions monthly. We recommend booking as soon as possible to not miss out.
Yes. You can reschedule calls at least 48 hours before the session. For any cancellations, or reschedules within 48 hours of the session, we do charge a fee to compensate the expert for the last minute change. All cancellations or reschedules must happen in our mobile app.
Yes! We're confident that you'll love your first session, but in the rare case that it did not meet your expectations, let us know and we'll make things right.
