How does an Intro session work?

Intro makes it easy to book the most in-demand experts and get 1:1 advice over a video consultation. (1) Discover an expert in our marketplace and see if they have any times available. (2) Once you find a time that works for you, pay to book a session. (3) At the right time, both you and expert are reminded to join the 1:1 video session. Ask the expert questions and receive high quality guidance. You'll be shocked at much you can get done virtually!

How long are the sessions?

Our experts can choose to offer session ranging from 15 minutes to 3 hours. Most experts offer between 15-60 minute sessions.

How much can we accomplish in a session?

You will be shocked at how much you can accomplish! Our customers are always surprised by how much they can achieve in a virtual call, even the ones that are 15 minutes long.

Do you support international customers?

Yes! People from all over the world will have access to the most in-demand experts. We currently accept all major credit cards in USD

What timezone are the virtual consultations based in?

All of the times presented on our website, marketplace, and mobile app are local to your time. For example, if you're based in New York, the times will be presented in ET.

What if an expert is sold out?

Many of our experts sell out when they add times. You can wait until they unlock more sessions or if they've enabled our Request a Booking feature, you can request a booking by sending them times that work for you at least seven days out. This feature is free to use and you'll only get charged when they confirm the booking (a credit card pre-auth is required).

When do experts typically add more sessions?

It depends on the specific expert. Some experts add sessions weekly and others add sessions monthly.

Can I suggest a different time that works better for me?

If the expert has enabled our Request a Booking feature, you can request a booking by sending them times that work for you at least seven days out. This feature is free to use and you'll only get charged when they confirm the booking (a credit card pre-auth is required).

What are we allowed to ask?

You can ask the experts almost anything about their craft and success. In addition, many of our experts list out their specialities and how they can help you on their profile.

Can I cancel or reschedule my session?

Yes. You can reschedule calls at least 48 hours before the session. For any cancellations, or reschedules within 48 hours of the session, we do charge a fee to compensate the expert for the last minute change. All cancelations or reschedules must happen in our mobile app.

Do you have a guarantee in case I was dissatisfied?

Yes! We're confident that you'll love your first session, but in the rare case that it did not meet your expectations, let us know and we'll make things right.
