I am Career Coach dedicated to empowering leaders to reach their fullest potential. Having successfully climbed the corporate ladder (and have the battle scars to prove it!), I am passionate about helping others achieve career advancement. With over 16 years of experience at Amazon as a General Manager, I led diverse, cross-functional teams across Marketing & Creative, Product and Program Management, Buying & Vendor Management, and Supply Chain, spanning the US, UK, and Australia. As an Amazon “Bar Raiser,” I conducted over 700 interviews, holding the critical vote in hiring decisions and serving on promotion panels to assess employees’ readiness for promotion. I am advising start-ups in Australia at Techstars & Antler VC, and with Bain & Company as an External Expert Advisor. I am an Advisory Board member for Delidoor and a Non-Executive Director for a non-profit, Ballet Without Borders. I've earned my entrepreneurial chops founding two start-ups: 1) The UK's first premium baby clothes subscription box, Adler of London, and 2) A Graphic Design firm in Denver, Colorado. Oh and I own a pickleball equipment company too! At the core of my mission is a desire to amplify female voices in leadership and create a more balanced and inclusive corporate world.

Most of our experts offer 1:1 video consultations ranging between 15 - 60 minutes. During the booking the process, you will be able to select the duration that makes sense for you.

Our most popular sessions are 30 minutes long, but you can still get a lot done during a 15 minute session.

Yes. In fact, many of our customers book the same expert or a group of experts on a regular basis. There are no limits.

Yes! People from all over the world will have access to the most in-demand experts. We currently accept all major credit cards in USD.

Many of our experts sell out quickly. You can wait until they unlock more sessions or if they've enabled our Request a Booking feature, you can request a booking by sending them times that work for you at least seven days out. This feature is free to use and you'll only get charged when they confirm the booking (a credit card pre-auth is required).

It depends on the specific expert. Some experts add sessions weekly and others add sessions monthly. We recommend booking as soon as possible to not miss out.

Yes. You can reschedule calls at least 48 hours before the session. For any cancellations, or reschedules within 48 hours of the session, we do charge a fee to compensate the expert for the last minute change. All cancellations or reschedules must happen in our mobile app.

Yes! We're confident that you'll love your first session, but in the rare case that it did not meet your expectations, let us know and we'll make things right.
