About me

My friend Paul once described me as the Human Zapier. That checks out. I'm a solid programmer and a decent designer, but those are means to an end. What I actually care about is building things that work—and removing the friction that keeps businesses from moving. I'm a product person, a technologist, and an entrepreneur. I'm obsessed with building at the intersection of software, design, and automation. I get a genuinely unhealthy amount of satisfaction from eliminating inefficiency. Not by talking about it—by building tools that make it disappear. I won't stop until the solution feels obvious, simple, and a little fun to use. I'm obsessed with systems thinking. I like finding places where things should connect but don't—and making them snap together cleanly. -- What I've Built For the past decade, I've built commerce enablement tools in the Shopify ecosystem to help DTC brands make more money. At CartHook, we brought post-purchase upsells to Shopify—adapting a proven funnel tactic from digital products to physical commerce. We later worked directly with Shopify to make post-purchase upsells a native feature. At its peak, CartHook processed over $1B/year in GMV and added $250M in incremental revenue through post-purchase upsells. CartHook was acquired by Pantastic in 2022. At Rodeo, we launched one of the first native Shopify subscription apps (acquired by Recharge) and later pivoted to an LTV growth platform that began as a small internal feature. How I Work Now I work directly with CEOs and operators as a Fractional CTO with a founder/CEO lens—helping teams cut through noise, ship the right things, and apply technology where it actually matters. I've worked with organizations like IDEO, Disney, and Ogilvy. I don't sell frameworks. I build, test, and iterate as a practitioner—using the same tools and systems I recommend. Most of our experts offer 1:1 video consultations ranging between 15 - 60 minutes. During the booking the process, you will be able to select the duration that makes sense for you.

Our most popular sessions are 30 minutes long, but you can still get a lot done during a 15 minute session.

Yes! People from all over the world will have access to the most in-demand experts. We currently accept all major credit cards in USD.

Many of our experts sell out quickly. You can wait until they unlock more sessions or if they've enabled our Request a Booking feature, you can request a booking by sending them times that work for you at least seven days out. This feature is free to use and you'll only get charged when they confirm the booking (a credit card pre-auth is required).

It depends on the specific expert. Some experts add sessions weekly and others add sessions monthly. We recommend booking as soon as possible to not miss out.

Yes. You can reschedule calls at least 48 hours before the session. For any cancellations, or reschedules within 48 hours of the session, we do charge a fee to compensate the expert for the last minute change. All cancellations or reschedules must happen in our mobile app.

Yes! We're confident that you'll love your first session, but in the rare case that it did not meet your expectations, let us know and we'll make things right.
