I am a passionate, innovative disruptor and thought leader. I have held executive level roles in Business Development, Product, Marketing & Sales with some of the world's most iconic brands (Oakley, K-Swiss, TaylorMade, Adidas, Nike, SchuttSports), defining and executing strategic Vision while combining an entrepreneurial mindset with proven business leadership.
I currently provide consulting leadership to start-ups through mid to large-cap global consumer product brands. My core focus is business development, marketing, and product creation leadership.
I recently released my first book, The Visionary Brand, The Success Formula Behind the World's Most Visionary Brands, and it has since become an Amazon "New Release" Bestseller.
In addition, The Visionary Brand received the prestigious Readers Favorite Award for Best, Non-fiction, Business book.

• Led multi-brand marketplace development of TaylorMade/Adidas Golf softgoods/accessories licensed business to over $54M.
• Executive global leadership of Schutt Sports, softgoods/accessories product lines.
• Grew Zamst bracing/supports brand from start-up to over $12M in revenue over 2 years.
• K-Swiss, global executive management of $42M in international licensees and domestic apparel/accessories division.
• Oakley, built the Athletic Division of NCAA/NFL/MLB licensed team eyewear/apparel product lines.
