About me
I'm a successful, TV writer / Co-Executive Producer whose credits include GREY'S ANATOMY, BEL-AIR, and QUEEN SUGAR. I'm currently developing television shows at Netflix (both a comedy and a drama) and Amazon, all of which I am attached as the showrunner. I've written feature films for Universal, Sony, and AGC Studios. I'm the writer and executive producer of REALLY LOVE, which debuted on Netflix and became a Top Ten Movie on the platform. I founded and run HONEY CHILE, an independent media + production company and am the host of our recently-launched podcast IT’S GOOD OVER HERE, a followup to our twice NAACP Image Award-nominated podcast Chile, Please. HONEY CHILE currently has a TV series set up at CBS Studios and is executive producing a Lifetime original series BLACK MAGICK, which I am also writing. I made my directorial debut with tender, an award-winning short film which aired on STARZ, and recently finished the festival circuit with LOOK BACK AT IT, a proof of concept for my directorial feature debut which was nominated for an Humanitas Prize for screenwriting. My career in media and entertainment has spanned almost twenty-five years. Prior to writing for the screen, my career included roles in marketing, distribution, impact, editorial, and education. From helping social justice organizations raise seven figures for media projects to assisting hundreds of filmmakers craft release strategies, I'm considered a “swiss army knife” because of my unique, multifaceted experience as a storyteller, marketer, and entrepreneur. Most of our experts offer 1:1 video consultations ranging between 15 - 60 minutes. During the booking the process, you will be able to select the duration that makes sense for you.
Generally speaking, most of our customers have been delighted with how much they achieved during their live 1:1 video consultations. Our most popular sessions are 30 minutes long, but you can still get a lot done during a 15 minute session.

Many of our experts sell out quickly. You can wait until they unlock more sessions or if they've enabled our Request a Booking feature, you can request a booking by sending them times that work for you at least seven days out. This feature is free to use and you'll only get charged when they confirm the booking (a credit card pre-auth is required).
It depends on the specific expert. Some experts add sessions weekly and others add sessions monthly. We recommend booking as soon as possible to not miss out.
Yes. You can reschedule calls at least 48 hours before the session. For any cancellations, or reschedules within 48 hours of the session, we do charge a fee to compensate the expert for the last minute change. All cancellations or reschedules must happen in our mobile app.
Yes! We're confident that you'll love your first session, but in the rare case that it did not meet your expectations, let us know and we'll make things right.
