About me
I’m a music executive, founder, and tech entrepreneur with over a decade of experience developing artists, songwriters, and producers—helping talent go from unknown to global festival stages, major-label deals, and over 1 billion streams across releases.
I’m the Founder of The Culture Theory, a management company dedicated to championing creatives with a “music before business” philosophy. Over the years, I’ve collaborated with major artists like Avicii, Kygo, Robin Schulz, Julia Michaels, Louis The Child, and Galantis, helping shape careers and creative strategies that break through.
I discovered and developed A R I Z O N A, taking them from Reddit obscurity to signing with Atlantic Records/APG, amassing over 1B+ streams, and performing on the main stages of Coachella, Lollapalooza, Bonnaroo, and an arena tour with Panic! at the Disco (Madison Square Garden, The O2 Arena, STAPLES Center).
I also served as SVP & Head of NY at Hallwood Media, working alongside Neil Jacobson (former President of Geffen Records), where I developed and advocated for songwriters/producers behind some of today’s biggest hits.
As a Clive Davis Institute Mentor (NYU), I help the next generation of music entrepreneurs, artists, and executives navigate the complexities of the business. Now, as a tech entrepreneur, I’m focused on building modern solutions that level the playing field for creatives and empower them in ways not yet possible.
