About me

I am a self-taught individual with a strong focus on our team and brand. My goal is to coach other bakers, whether they operate from home or a physical shop, on how to effectively price their cakes and market themselves to keep the orders coming in. After successfully running our cake business from our home for several years, the demand for our cakes and sweet treats grew beyond what our home could handle. In 2020, my wife Jamie and I decided to lease a space and opened Southern Belle's Cakery in 2021. With a strong emphasis on our products, we have managed to build a loyal consumer base. One of my most cherished memories is when we were preparing to open the shop. My wife had everything perfectly set up, and people were lining up and peeking through the windows. I remember peeling off the paper from the windows and thinking, "It's time." We were so busy and didn't turn down any orders. It felt like it was meant to be, and despite the challenges of having two kids, nothing felt more rewarding. We were determined to grow, and we learned that pricing our products correctly was a crucial ingredient in this business. I would love to share our journey and experiences with you. A little bit about me: I was born and raised in Florida and have worked in healthcare and real estate. I have also contributed to brand strategy, communication roadmaps, operational excellence, and expanding our presence in the hospitality industry. I bridge the gap between strategy and execution, leading cross-functional teams to develop compelling products, generate demand, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. I have an insatiable desire to learn and grow, always seeking new opportunities for personal and professional development. This desire, combined with my ability to analyze data and leverage consumer insights, allows me to tell compelling stories and influence data-driven decision making. I have established credibility and delivered sustainable results through these skills. Yes! People from all over the world will have access to the most in-demand experts. We currently accept all major credit cards in USD.

Many of our experts sell out quickly. You can wait until they unlock more sessions or if they've enabled our Request a Booking feature, you can request a booking by sending them times that work for you at least seven days out. This feature is free to use and you'll only get charged when they confirm the booking (a credit card pre-auth is required).

It depends on the specific expert. Some experts add sessions weekly and others add sessions monthly. We recommend booking as soon as possible to not miss out.

Yes. You can reschedule calls at least 48 hours before the session. For any cancellations, or reschedules within 48 hours of the session, we do charge a fee to compensate the expert for the last minute change. All cancellations or reschedules must happen in our mobile app.

Yes! We're confident that you'll love your first session, but in the rare case that it did not meet your expectations, let us know and we'll make things right.
