About me

It started with a few apps, a crash course in humility, and a decades-long mission to fix what breaks when companies try to scale. For 20 years I’ve been helping businesses grow; wearing every hat from sales rep to developer, UX designer to product owner, coach to founder. My career really took off in 2007 with the iPhone. I built and launched 40+ apps. Some took off. Some flopped. I started a company…and lost it. Lesson learned: failure is a brutal but honest teacher. Since then, I’ve led growth across Fortune 500s and startups alike: → $1B+ inventory systems at Ally → $10M+ field sales ops for RJR → Clinical trial tech for Lilly (cut adverse effects 40%) → $100M+ in service revenue for Office Depot → A $1B smart city plan, now under construction But in 2023, I hit pause. Took a sabbatical. Reconnected with my faith. And for the first time, I heard God say: “You are right where you need to be.” That moment gave me clarity and a new mission. I realized AI was exploding, but teams were breaking under the pressure. Ops leaders are overwhelmed. CTOs are stuck.

Most of our experts offer 1:1 video consultations ranging between 15 - 60 minutes. During the booking the process, you will be able to select the duration that makes sense for you.

Generally speaking, most of our customers have been delighted with how much they achieved during their live 1:1 video consultations. We have over 5,000 five-star reviews and a high percentage of our customers rebook the same expert or additional experts because their experience exceeded their expectations. Our most popular sessions are 30 minutes long, but you can still get a lot done during a 15 minute session.

Yes. In fact, many of our customers book the same expert or a group of experts on a regular basis. There are no limits.

Yes! People from all over the world will have access to the most in-demand experts. We currently accept all major credit cards in USD.

Many of our experts sell out quickly. You can wait until they unlock more sessions or if they've enabled our Request a Booking feature, you can request a booking by sending them times that work for you at least seven days out. This feature is free to use and you'll only get charged when they confirm the booking (a credit card pre-auth is required).

It depends on the specific expert. Some experts add sessions weekly and others add sessions monthly. We recommend booking as soon as possible to not miss out.

Yes. You can reschedule calls at least 48 hours before the session. For any cancellations, or reschedules within 48 hours of the session, we do charge a fee to compensate the expert for the last minute change. All cancellations or reschedules must happen in our mobile app.

Yes! We're confident that you'll love your first session, but in the rare case that it did not meet your expectations, let us know and we'll make things right.
