About me

I’m a founder-operator and growth executive who has spent the last 25+ years building, scaling, and exiting premium consumer brands. I specialize in turning bold ideas into disciplined, profitable businesses — from startup through national retail expansion and acquisition. Over my career, I’ve led companies that have generated more than $1B in cumulative revenue across food, beverage, retail, and lifestyle brands. I’ve taken brands from bankruptcy to national revival, from concept to $250M+ in sales, and from early-stage turnaround to nine-figure EBITDA performance. As CEO of a RTD Kombucha Company, I led a three-year turnaround that grew the company from a $2M net loss to $145M in annual revenue with an 18% EBITDA margin. Previously, as President and CMO of Original New York Seltzer, I revived an iconic legacy brand from bankruptcy to $400M in revenue and national distribution in 45,000+ retail doors before its acquisition. I’ve also founded and exited multiple brands, including Unify Water, which scaled to $250M in annual sales across 50,000+ retail locations, and EZ-Beverages, a multi-state RTD alcohol platform built from concept through commercial launch and exit. Earlier in my career, I led large-scale retail operations globally, serving as Global Head of Retail Outlets & Operations for Lacoste, managing a $700M P&L across 200+ stores worldwide, and as Chief Retail Officer at Shinola, where I helped scale retail from zero to 40 stores and $150M+ in revenue. What defines my work is disciplined execution. I build the infrastructure behind the brand — supply chain, financial modeling, regulatory compliance, talent architecture — not just the story on the front end. I’ve negotiated national retail partnerships with Walmart, Target, Costco, Kroger, Whole Foods, and Sprouts, led capital raises, managed boards, and guided companies through successful exits. I thrive where vision meets operational rigor. If the mission is to build something meaningful, scalable, and valuable — I’m in. Things I Can Advise On: ✔️ Creating a winning GTM strategy ✔️ Creating operational excellence ✔️ How to build a CPG brand ✔️ Guidance on retail strategy ✔️ Tips on launching a beverage brand ✔️ Best practices for scaling DTC ✔️ Advice on fundraising & exits ✔️ Strategy for brand storytelling Passionate about helping entrepreneurs build and scale iconic consumer brands.
