I invest in real estate, service businesses, and early stage ventures in the consumer space focused on health, fitness, hospitality, and technology. I started Team Kona, a performance apparel brand, men’s retreats business, hybrid athlete coaching platform, and community of now over 100 Ironman and endurance athletes supporting mental health. I co-founded 214 Run Club, one of the largest run club brands in the country. I co-founded Race Frame Official, a niche e-commerce business selling race memorabilia. I train 365 days a year and have completed over 32 Ironmans, marathons, ultramarathons, HYROX and more. I partner with brands as a sponsored athlete for my races. I do 1:1 high ticket coaching for those looking to level up their life. I am a certified fitness coach and train athletes for Ironmans, marathons, HYROX, etc. as well as beginners looking to make a significant change in their fitness. I sell lower ticket digital products to help the masses. I also coach for Harlé, a high-end online fitness platform. I do part-time fitness and lifestyle modeling. I make UGC and have worked with 65+ brands since 2023. I post fitness, motivation and lifestyle content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Medium, Substack, Threads, LinkedIn, and Strava. I host the “Lifestyled” podcast where I sit down with athletes, entrepreneurs and high performers to share behind the scenes on building an amazing life. I travel up to 50% of every year and plan to visit 100+ countries. I prioritize time with family, friends and my girlfriend daily. I am a man of faith and put God first above all.

Most of our experts offer 1:1 video consultations ranging between 15 - 60 minutes. During the booking the process, you will be able to select the duration that makes sense for you.
Generally speaking, most of our customers have been delighted with how much they achieved during their live 1:1 video consultations. We have over 5,000 five-star reviews and a high percentage of our customers rebook the same expert or additional experts because their experience exceeded their expectations. Our most popular sessions are 30 minutes long, but you can still get a lot done during a 15 minute session.
Yes. In fact, many of our customers book the same expert or a group of experts on a regular basis. There are no limits.

Yes! People from all over the world will have access to the most in-demand experts. We currently accept all major credit cards in USD.
Many of our experts sell out quickly. You can wait until they unlock more sessions or if they've enabled our Request a Booking feature, you can request a booking by sending them times that work for you at least seven days out. This feature is free to use and you'll only get charged when they confirm the booking (a credit card pre-auth is required).
It depends on the specific expert. Some experts add sessions weekly and others add sessions monthly. We recommend booking as soon as possible to not miss out.
Yes. You can reschedule calls at least 48 hours before the session. For any cancellations, or reschedules within 48 hours of the session, we do charge a fee to compensate the expert for the last minute change. All cancellations or reschedules must happen in our mobile app.
