About me
I'm Maresa Friedman - a Fortune 100 strategist who works with business units of large organizations and a handful of high performing solopreneurs who acquire new organizations that need fixing or building. I'm a solver of puzzles who got her start at 15 working for the Department of Energy - and hasn't stopped moving ever since. My superpower is moving people from confusion to clarity. I was corporate for a long time until I branched out 8+ years ago to start my own boutique strategy firm. Since then- I've had the pleasure of working across multiple industries - from Tory Burch, Walmart Foundation, the NFL and being Google's Brand Speaker for 3 years when I toured the country for more than 273 days a year. I've spoken on stages as paid speaker with audiences of more than 10,000 stateside and internationally. The irony? I'm an ambivert- I'm happiest at home with my dogs and a book. As a strategist - I own 3 organizations, equity stakeholder in 6 and a strategic advisor to venture capital firms and family offices. I work with incredible humans- but am referred to as the Executive Cat Herder. Most of our experts offer 1:1 video consultations ranging between 15 - 60 minutes. During the booking the process, you will be able to select the duration that makes sense for you.

Our most popular sessions are 30 minutes long, but you can still get a lot done during a 15 minute session.
Yes. In fact, many of our customers book the same expert or a group of experts on a regular basis. There are no limits.

Yes! People from all over the world will have access to the most in-demand experts. We currently accept all major credit cards in USD.
Many of our experts sell out quickly. You can wait until they unlock more sessions or if they've enabled our Request a Booking feature, you can request a booking by sending them times that work for you at least seven days out. This feature is free to use and you'll only get charged when they confirm the booking (a credit card pre-auth is required).
It depends on the specific expert. Some experts add sessions weekly and others add sessions monthly. We recommend booking as soon as possible to not miss out.
Yes. You can reschedule calls at least 48 hours before the session. For any cancellations, or reschedules within 48 hours of the session, we do charge a fee to compensate the expert for the last minute change. All cancellations or reschedules must happen in our mobile app.
Yes! We're confident that you'll love your first session, but in the rare case that it did not meet your expectations, let us know and we'll make things right.
