With a career spanning over 25 years in customer-facing operations, Michael Brandt is a seasoned expert in Customer Experience (CX), Client Management, and People Management. His strategic insights and hands-on experience make him a sought-after consultant for organisations aiming to transform their customer care processes and elevate their overall client engagement. Michael’s journey began with the ABB Group in 1995, where he held several pivotal customer-facing management roles. His leadership was instrumental during his tenure as Managing Director of ABB's Japanese subsidiary from 2000 to 2007. From 2012 to 2020, Michael spearheaded Process Excellence in Customer Care for ABB's global network, overseeing corporate-wide customer experience initiatives and in-house consultancy and training programmes. A certified Customer Experience Professional, Michael’s expertise is further enriched by his qualifications in Lean Six Sigma, Quality Management, NPS 2, and Risk Management. His academic foundation in Business Economics from the University of Zürich complements his practical skills, enabling him to devise comprehensive, data-driven strategies that drive customer loyalty and operational efficiency. As a founding member of the European Customer Experience Organization and a frequent judge for international CX awards, Michael’s thought leadership is well-recognised in the industry. Many of our experts sell out quickly. You can wait until they unlock more sessions or if they've enabled our Request a Booking feature, you can request a booking by sending them times that work for you at least seven days out. This feature is free to use and you'll only get charged when they confirm the booking (a credit card pre-auth is required).

It depends on the specific expert. Some experts add sessions weekly and others add sessions monthly. We recommend booking as soon as possible to not miss out.

Yes. You can reschedule calls at least 48 hours before the session. For any cancellations, or reschedules within 48 hours of the session, we do charge a fee to compensate the expert for the last minute change. All cancellations or reschedules must happen in our mobile app.
