Michael has served twice as CEO: first for 415 Advertising, San Francisco's largest independent, fully integrated brand-focused agency (1998–2001), and later for Gedalia Global, an ultra-luxury concierge medical firm serving elite clients worldwide (2021–2023). As Chief Creative Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at Gibson Brands, he led global repositioning, artist relations, and product marketing across nine divisions. Across all roles, he built, led, and scaled high-performance teams while driving brand, growth, and innovation initiatives at the highest level.
