Nicole Rodrigues is a powerhouse narrative strategist.
She’s been recognized globally for her work as a communications and marketing pro. Her extensive knowledge in building strategic roadmaps for bridging gaps between tech and various industries makes her extremely valuable to her team and clients. She has 24+ years of experience in public relations, crisis communications, social media and digital marketing. Clients that have benefited from her counsel and skill include Heal, SteadyMD, droppTV, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Dialpad, Dolby, Yahoo!, MobiTV, Sony Playstation, Plantronics, Hulu, YouTube, M-GO, LA Comic Con, Demand Media (now Leaf Group), InfiniteWorld, Covid Clinic, and other dominant companies.
Nicole is committed to mentoring junior staff, bringing efficiency to agency programs, and developing strategic PR and marketing communications plans that help future-forward clients reach their business goals through maximum exposure.
Prior to opening her firm, Nicole led multi-practice digital teams at Bender/Helper Impact, Miller PR, Demand Media, and Voce Communications. Her career also includes managing an international PR team at MobiTV - one of the pioneer solutions for digital & mobile entertainment delivery in the US. She also had a 3+ year stint with the Oakland (now Las Vegas) Raiders, managing player development campaigns and publicity projects for the team.
Additionally, Nicole takes great pride in being a former NFL cheerleader, having spent several years cheering for the famed Oakland Raiders. Today, she continues to cheer on her “new team” at NRPR and graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations. She earned her MBA at UCLA Anderson School of Management. While attending business school, Nicole was an Admissions Rep on class council and graduated in the top 15% of her class. She earned her MBA with a concentration in entrepreneurship, which she chose purposely to ensure she was learning more skills to help her clients manage the ups and downs of starting, growing and scaling their businesses.
