Founder & CEO of Hospitably, a strategic growth and business advisory working with founders and leadership teams building premium, consumer-facing brands. I bring over 20 years of experience across startups and scaled companies, including building my own venture and navigating fundraising, business development, market entry, and expansion firsthand.
I was part of the early wave of female founders in New York City’s first fashion tech era, building and scaling a technology company before there was a clear playbook or ecosystem of support. That experience shaped how I think about positioning, resilience, and entering markets without obvious demand or precedent.
In parallel, I built deep corporate experience working with global firms such as Weber Shandwick and advising large, complex organizations. This gave me a strong understanding of how brands, capital, and decision-making operate at scale, and how founder-led companies need to evolve as they grow.
Today, I advise founders at inflection points on business model design, investor positioning, go-to-market and market entry strategy, partnerships, and growth systems tied to revenue and long-term viability, not tactics. My work spans hospitality, wellness, real estate, and consumer brands across the US, Europe, and LATAM.
I work best with founders who already have traction and are making high-stakes decisions about entering new markets, raising capital, or recalibrating their growth path. I work bilingually in English and Spanish, supporting founders navigating cross-border expansion, investor conversations, and partnerships across the US, Europe, and LATAM.
