Rachyl has served as the COO & Head of Operations across several companies in multiple industries and has also served as the Director of Operations for the COO Alliance, the first executive group specializing in training COOs. Having experience in a wide variety of industries, from non-profit organizations such as Make-A-Wish, to services and e-commerce - Rachyl is skilled in identifying organization challenges and developing solutions that drive results. Specializing in service-based and e-commerce companies, she is a strategic thinker with a seasoned past of working with brands to build long lasting relationships and trust. Since then, she has consulted for companies ranging from $10M to $100M+ in revenue and served as the COO and interim CEO of an 8-figure e-commerce brand where she built an agile plan for navigating through shipping delays, fulfillment backlogs and ad platform changes to allow the company to thrive during COVID. In her free time she volunteers for Phoenix Hustle, a non-profit helping underfunded and minority-owned businesses to get the executive support they need to grow their businesses. Here she functions as a mentor and has helped develop training plans to support founders in navigating the process of scaling businesses.

Most of our experts offer 1:1 video consultations ranging between 15 - 60 minutes. During the booking the process, you will be able to select the duration that makes sense for you.

Our most popular sessions are 30 minutes long, but you can still get a lot done during a 15 minute session.

Yes! People from all over the world will have access to the most in-demand experts. We currently accept all major credit cards in USD.
Many of our experts sell out quickly. You can wait until they unlock more sessions or if they've enabled our Request a Booking feature, you can request a booking by sending them times that work for you at least seven days out. This feature is free to use and you'll only get charged when they confirm the booking (a credit card pre-auth is required).
It depends on the specific expert. Some experts add sessions weekly and others add sessions monthly. We recommend booking as soon as possible to not miss out.
Yes. You can reschedule calls at least 48 hours before the session. For any cancellations, or reschedules within 48 hours of the session, we do charge a fee to compensate the expert for the last minute change. All cancellations or reschedules must happen in our mobile app.
