About me
Founder: Savvy Gal 👩‍💼, Fem-Led News 🗞️, Hacking the Patriarchy Podcast 🎙️
Like most humans, I have multiple identities: CEO, founder, advisor, advocate, comedian, wife, and, my favorite, "mom." I love all these roles, as each brings fun, dynamic layers to life's continuous journey.
From a professional standpoint, I'm a forward-thinking business leader with a standout track record in entrepreneurship, startups, and socially impactful industries. My expertise spans diverse areas, from operations and partnership building to brand evolution, community fostering, advisory, fundraising, and impactful event orchestration. My goal is to leave a lasting impact.
As the Founder of Savvy Gal, the Hacking the Patriarchy Podcast, and Fem-Led News, my personal mission centers on empowering women in business.
While dipping in and out of entrepreneurship (as most founders do), I've also had the privilege of taking over leadership roles at clients' companies. In doing so, I have had the honor of chairing large, national, impact-centered events and building successful community platforms for diverse entrepreneurs. I've spearheaded early-stage founder community growth and orchestrated collaborations with companies such as UBS, Cooley, The Impact Seat Foundation, DLA Piper, UCSD, FanSaves, and more. I've empowered more than 500 women-led startups, advised more than 200 founders, and helped facilitate more than $100M in funding.
However, none of it would matter if I were doing it all for myself. I live and breathe this important work because I have family and dear friends that I want to ensure have a safe, welcoming, fairer world in which to thrive. A world where we are kinder, more compassionate, grateful, tenacious, and gritty, respectful, and loving.
Let's do this! đź’Ş
