I help companies identify what is really holding them back - and determine what needs to change so they can move forward faster.
Sometimes the problem is technology.
Often it isn’t.
It may be a broken process, unclear ownership, slow decision-making, poor prioritization, inefficient workflows, weak positioning, disconnected teams, unnecessary complexity or simply the wrong problem being solved.
My approach is simple:
Diagnose first. Redesign second. Apply AI where it creates real leverage.
I bring an unusual combination of experience to this work.
For years, I’ve worked closely with startups as an Angel Investor in 70+ companies, VC partner, mentor, judge and evaluator. I have reviewed hundreds of businesses, strategies, products, teams and pitches.
That experience develops a particular kind of pattern recognition - the ability to look at a business from the outside, ask difficult questions and quickly identify weaknesses that people inside the organization may no longer see.
At the same time, as Founder & CEO of SmartClick AI, I have been building and implementing AI solutions since 2018.
So I don’t look at AI from the outside as a trend or a collection of tools.
I understand what it can actually do, what it cannot do, where implementation becomes difficult, where companies waste money, and where AI can fundamentally improve how work gets done.
This combination gives me two lenses:
The business lens: What is broken, unclear, inefficient or preventing growth?
The AI lens: Can AI, automation or agents solve it better, faster or at scale?
And increasingly, there is a third:
The security lens: How do you introduce AI without creating unnecessary risks around data, access, governance and AI-system security?
Where I can help
Business Diagnosis & Problem Finding
• Identify hidden bottlenecks, inefficiencies and execution gaps
• Challenge assumptions leadership teams may have stopped questioning
• Find where decisions, responsibilities or processes are slowing the company down
• Identify unnecessary complexity and work that creates little value
• Surface structural problems before they become expensive
• Help determine what the organization should fix first
AI Strategy & Transformation
• Identify where AI can create meaningful business value
• Assess whether your company is actually ready for AI
• Find the highest-impact AI opportunities across the organization
• Separate valuable AI use cases from hype
• Prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility and risk
• Build practical AI transformation roadmaps
Process Redesign & Automation
• Analyze existing workflows and operating processes
• Find repetitive, manual or inefficient work
• Decide what should be automated, augmented, redesigned or eliminated
• Design AI-powered workflows and internal systems
• Explore where AI agents can improve operations and decision-making
• Help teams move from isolated AI experiments to real implementation
AI Security & Governance
• Identify risks created by AI adoption
• Consider data protection, access and control requirements
• Evaluate security risks around AI systems and agents
• Help organizations think about responsible implementation and governance
• Balance speed of adoption with appropriate safeguards
Startup & Growth Strategy
My startup background remains an important part of how I think.
I also work directly with founders on business models, positioning, product, GTM, fundraising, investor readiness and AI strategy.
Years of evaluating and mentoring startups taught me to ask one question repeatedly:
What is the real problem here?
That same question is often incredibly valuable inside larger companies.
Because companies rarely need another list of AI tools.
They need someone who can step outside the day-to-day noise, examine the business objectively and identify:
What’s broken?
What’s slowing us down?
What are we missing?
What should we stop doing?
What should we fix first?
And where can AI genuinely change the equation?
You can bring me a company problem, inefficient process, AI initiative, internal bottleneck, strategic challenge, transformation project, startup or simply the feeling that:
“Something isn’t working, but we’re not sure what.”
That is often the best place to start.
My goal is not to sell you AI.
My goal is to help you see the problem clearly, find the highest-leverage changes and move forward faster.
