About me
Global PR Expert and International Media Privacy Strategist Sarah AnnMarie has managed media strategies for some of the biggest names and brands in the music and TV industries over the past 25 years. She has worked closely with iconic music entrepreneur Simon Cowell since the beginnings of his television career with the launch of Pop Idol, contributing to the success of musical sensations like Westlife and Il Divo, as well as the launch of the world's biggest TV formats such as Got Talent and The X Factor, which have now aired in over 180 countries. AnnMarie also oversaw the launch of acclaimed artist/producer Labrinth and the post-X Factor & Got Talent career launches of Syco Entertainment artists between 2006 and 2021, helping guide them to global success. Her work has been instrumental in the record-breaking achievements of those such as Leona Lewis, Fifth Harmony, Camila Cabello and Grace VanderWaal as well as One Direction (Louis Tomlinson, Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Liam Payne, and Zayn Malik), Ella Henderson, James Arthur and many others. She also played a pivotal role in the rise of the longstanding careers of the world’s first bona fide YouTube sensations Paul Potts and Susan Boyle, who gained fame through their auditions on Britain's Got Talent. To this day, she remains closely connected to her clients and continues to work alongside Cowell as well as being non-executive director of his company Syco Entertainment US, based out of Los Angeles. Outside of the media and entertainment business, as well as being a mother of twins and a wild horse trainer, Sarah AnnMarie also runs Rugged Ranch in Topanga Canyon, CA where she hosts workshops and private nervous system coaching for humans - with the assistance of rescued wild horses - through her organization Mindful Mustang as a Professor of The PolyVagal Equine Institute and NeuroFit Coach. The Polyvagal Equine Institute, her partner based in Sonoma, was founded by world-renowned psychotherapist Dr. Rebecca Bailey, abduction survivor Jaycee Dugard, and professional horsewoman Margie McDonald whom Sarah AnnMarie met in 2022 and was so personally blown away by the Polyvagal Science behind equine-based therapeutic work with humans that she continues to work to help expand PVEI across the world

Most of our experts offer 1:1 video consultations ranging between 15 - 60 minutes. During the booking the process, you will be able to select the duration that makes sense for you.

Our most popular sessions are 30 minutes long, but you can still get a lot done during a 15 minute session.

Many of our experts sell out quickly. You can wait until they unlock more sessions or if they've enabled our Request a Booking feature, you can request a booking by sending them times that work for you at least seven days out. This feature is free to use and you'll only get charged when they confirm the booking (a credit card pre-auth is required).
It depends on the specific expert. Some experts add sessions weekly and others add sessions monthly. We recommend booking as soon as possible to not miss out.
Yes. You can reschedule calls at least 48 hours before the session. For any cancellations, or reschedules within 48 hours of the session, we do charge a fee to compensate the expert for the last minute change. All cancellations or reschedules must happen in our mobile app.
