Will Urban began his 25-year career at Expeditors in 1994, as a Management Trainee after a chance meeting with founder and former CEO Peter Rose while working as an intern for the Port of Seattle. Will ascended from a Management Trainee to Regional Vice President of the Northwest USA all while working in various roles and global markets along the way. In this key role, he led sales and operations across major locations including San Francisco, Seattle, Portland, and Denver, managing approximately 1,000 full-time employees and overseeing large global accounts. His leadership played a vital role in one of the company's largest regions. Will’s experience places him as a globally recognized trade, logistics and supply chain expert who is uniquely qualified to help companies scale and grow. Will also is a subject matter expert in deploying global go-to-market programs around freight forwarding, logistics operations, SaaS and tech platforms with an emphasis in supply chain. You can wait until they unlock more sessions or if they've enabled our Request a Booking feature, you can request a booking by sending them times that work for you at least seven days out. This feature is free to use and you'll only get charged when they confirm the booking (a credit card pre-auth is required).

It depends on the specific expert. Some experts add sessions weekly and others add sessions monthly. We recommend booking as soon as possible to not miss out.

Yes. You can reschedule calls at least 48 hours before the session. For any cancellations, or reschedules within 48 hours of the session, we do charge a fee to compensate the expert for the last minute change. All cancellations or reschedules must happen in our mobile app.

Yes! We're confident that you'll love your first session, but in the rare case that it did not meet your expectations, let us know and we'll make things right.
