About me

My name is Dommonic Nelson. I move businesses out of "hustle mode" and into structured, sustainable operations. I architect the systems and operational clarity that allow companies to scale without breaking, losing profit, or relying on outdated dependencies. I don’t believe we need more hustle—I believe in building systems that make discipline irrelevant. My career has been a deliberate "Entrepreneurial Training Program," moving from billion-dollar autonomous vehicle operations to ground-up ventures. I’ve successfully defended the WAFL trademark against Nike’s legal team without outside counsel and funded my first patent through strategic corporate 401k management. I’ve built across three layers—infrastructure, products, and systems that actually generate outcomes. • On the infrastructure side, I’ve architected and deployed The Yummy Box—a patented retail system with 42,000+ transactions. I transitioned the core infrastructure from a $100,000 legacy build to a lean, AI-powered system with zero technical debt ($510 rebuild / $360 annual maintenance). Massive margins are a result of architecture, not just sales. Deployment led to recognition from Houston Business Journal and Black Entrepreneurs Day with Daymond John (Shark Tank). • On the product side & service: I architect high-compliance business models to secure institutional approval across real estate, logistics, and CPG. At Traplements, we unlocked the Eco-Trio Model—a strategic alternative to restrictive, legacy Pouring Rights. I specialize in building systems that displace legacy monopolies and scale through direct-to-community relationships rather than just ad spend. • And on the systems side, I’ve stepped into existing operations — like at Nuro, Inc (billion-dollar autonomous vehicle company). and Perfection Movers — and redesigned workflows, teams, and execution models to increase efficiency, reduce dependency on the founder, and improve performance in high-accountability environments. My approach is rooted in the discipline and devotion to duty I developed as a founder, HBCU graduate, and the first African American United States Coast Guard intern out of Texas Southern University. Yes! People from all over the world will have access to the most in-demand experts. We currently accept all major credit cards in USD.

Many of our experts sell out quickly. You can wait until they unlock more sessions or if they've enabled our Request a Booking feature, you can request a booking by sending them times that work for you at least seven days out. This feature is free to use and you'll only get charged when they confirm the booking (a credit card pre-auth is required).

It depends on the specific expert. Some experts add sessions weekly and others add sessions monthly. We recommend booking as soon as possible to not miss out.

Yes. You can reschedule calls at least 48 hours before the session. For any cancellations, or reschedules within 48 hours of the session, we do charge a fee to compensate the expert for the last minute change. All cancellations or reschedules must happen in our mobile app.

Yes! We're confident that you'll love your first session, but in the rare case that it did not meet your expectations, let us know and we'll make things right.
